Electronic Staff is committed to data privacy and security. We have designed our Managed AI Infrastructure and internal processes to align with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.

1. Our Role as a Data Processor

For most services provided through Electronic Staff, we act as a Data Processor. Our clients act as the Data Controllers. This means we process personal data strictly according to the instructions provided by our clients to facilitate their AI automation and CRM workflows.

2. GDPR Compliance (EU Residents)

Under the GDPR, European residents have specific rights regarding their personal data. We support these rights by:

• Data Portability: Providing tools to export data associated with your account.
• Right to Erasure: Facilitating "Right to be Forgotten" requests upon verification.
• Data Minimization: Only collecting the data necessary to initialize and maintain your "Managed AI Engine."
• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): Ensuring legal data transfer mechanisms are in place for data moving outside the EEA.

3. CCPA/CPRA Compliance (California Residents)

California residents have the right to know how their personal information is collected and used. Electronic Staff confirms the following:

• Right to Know: You may request a report on the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected.
• Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against any user for exercising their privacy rights.

4. Technical and Organizational Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data, including encryption at rest and in transit, multi-factor authentication for portal access at app.marketinghubcenter.io, and regular audits of our automated infrastructure.

5. Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)

If you wish to exercise your rights under GDPR or CCPA, please submit a formal request to our compliance team at support@electronicstaff.com. We will respond to all verified requests within the legally mandated timeframes (30 days for GDPR; 45 days for CCPA).
