This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the services provided by Electronic Staff. Our goal is to ensure a secure, reliable, and high-performing environment for all our clients.

1. Prohibited Communications & Spam

You may not use our infrastructure, including our AI engines and CRM tools, to send unsolicited messages (Spam). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sending SMS or emails to individuals who have not provided explicit opt-in consent.
  • Utilizing the AI engine to generate deceptive or misleading communication.
  • Automating mass-outreach that violates the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) or CAN-SPAM Act.

2. Ethical Use of AI

Our "Managed AI Engine" and "Infrastructure" solutions must be used ethically. Prohibited uses include:

  • Generating content that promotes illegal activities, violence, or hate speech.
  • Impersonating a human for the purpose of fraud or financial exploitation.
  • Using AI to harvest personal data without disclosure.

3. System Integrity & Security

You agree not to attempt to circumvent or disable any security features of our platform. Prohibited actions include:

  • Scanning or testing the vulnerability of our systems or networks.
  • Reverse-engineering the automation logic or proprietary code used by Electronic Staff.
  • Using any automated system to "crawl" or "scrape" our services.

4. Regulated Industries

Certain high-risk industries require explicit written approval before using our services. These include, but are not limited to, debt collection, adult entertainment, and high-frequency financial trading. Note: Electronic Staff does not currently provide services to the cannabis sector.

5. Compliance Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor account activity to ensure compliance with this AUP. While we respect your business privacy, we will investigate any reports of abuse. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services without a refund.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to us immediately at support@electronicstaff.com.
