We offer two primary branches of service: "Infrastructure" (Client-managed) and "Managed AI Engine" (Agency-managed). 2. Account Responsibilities

3. Payment & Subscription

Services are billed on a subscription or per-project basis as specified at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in the immediate suspension of your AI infrastructure and associated services.

4. AI Performance & Limitations

While we strive for high accuracy in our AI engines, you acknowledge that AI-generated responses are based on the data and "Safety Rails" provided during onboarding. Electronic Staff is not responsible for any specific outcomes, hallucinations, or customer interactions initiated by the AI agent.

5. Proprietary Rights

You retain all rights to your proprietary business data and branding. Electronic Staff retains all rights to the underlying code, automation logic, and infrastructure frameworks developed or utilized to provide the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
